What additional information do I need from a customer to process a LitPro order?

You need to get the following information: a) whether they would prefer American English (en_us) or “Commonwealth” English (en_au), b) whether they would like to use the Default benchmark or one of the other options, and c) they will need to make sure every student who will be using LitPro has a year/grade level specified in SLZ.
