Sometimes when students search for book quizzes that we know are in LitPro they don't come up, but when the teacher searches for them they're visible. Why is this happening and how can it be fixed?

In addition to Lexile level and interest categories books are also tagged by educational level (the year/grade for which the content would be appropriate). Up until January 2015, the default setting only allowed students to search for books within their education level, which were designated as Lower Primary, Middle Primary, Upper Primary, and Secondary. This proved to be too restrictive, particularly in the primary range where the distinction between lower/middle/high was not always that noticeable. Since the January 2015 release, the default setting now allows primary students to view books tagged as Lower, Middle, and Upper Primary, and for Secondary students to see Upper Primary and Secondary titles. The default settings can be easily changed by teachers and administrators by going to "Settings," scrolling to the Book Quiz settings and checking all of the boxes underneath "Allow students to search outside of their educational level."
