I am unable to import the CSV file to upload teacher and student account information in the Customer Service Portal.

If you run into this error, please make sure that your CSV file is properly formatted (according to the instructions) and is saved as a CSV.

If the file still will not upload, this may be an issue if you are using Internet Explorer versions 8 or 9. Try uploading using Chrome or Mozilla Firefox instead.
