I am entering a sale/migration in CustServ, but there is no option for "sales" or "migration" under order type. What should I do?

If you are entering a sale, there is no need to enter a special order type. If no special order type is entered, it automatically defaults to sale.

If you are entering a migration, please use the PO field to manually enter “migration” so that the business can track them.
