If a free trial customer converts to a paid order, how do I update their order in CustServ?

If a free trial customer converts to a paid order, you will need to create a new order for that customer and select the option “Conversion” in the special order type field. A conversion from free trial to paid subscription should be the only time “Conversion” is selected in the special order type field.
