This happened because when you clicked on the pass-through link in CustServ for School #1, it opened a new tab for that school. If you don’t log out of that tab, it cookies you, and then when you click on the pass-through link for School #2, it opens up a tab for School #1.

To avoid this, you must log out of the opened tab whenever you are finished with a school.
