I am a teacher/admin and am not seeing any products in My Zone. Why is this happening?

Teachers and admins need to subscribe themselves to products in order for them to appear in My Zone. They can do this by going to My Profile and checking the boxes next to the products to which they would like to be subscribed.

Customer service can also subscribe teachers and admins to products by using the pass-through link on the organization's account details page and clicking the Manage Subscriptions button.
